Please note that cut fabric, patterns, and digital downloads are final sale to ensure the integrity of our high-quality quilting materials.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring that fabric is kept flat and free of odors, pet hair, or debris.

  Ship the Items

  Affix your shipping label and send the package to our distribution center; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
